GLP-1 weight-loss medications · US
We audit 21 GLP-1 programs every week — manufacturer-direct, telehealth, retail, and discount cards — and publish the real monthly cost at the dose you'll actually take. No vendor pays us. Every number has a source and a date.
Advertised price is what the banner says. Real price is the all-in monthly cost at a typical maintenance dose after intro offers expire — membership fees included. Struck-through numbers are the teasers.

Core rows re-verified Sep 6–21, 2026 in The Audit; remaining rows as of 2026-08-16. "Real" = maintenance dose, post-intro, membership included. This is pricing information, not medical advice.
Patterns from this week's audit that cost real people real money.
Coupons barely touch Wegovy and Zepbound — around 5–10% off a $1,300+ sticker. Buying direct from the manufacturer is $349–449. The "discount card" route costs up to 3.8× more.
LillyDirect's $449 maintenance price only holds if you refill within 45 days. Miss the window once and the same box runs $599 to $1,049 a month depending on dose.
Noom Med advertises per-month tiers but bills in 12-week lumps: the "$199/mo" plan actually charges about $597 per quarter to your card.
"$39 first month" usually buys the membership, not the medicine. All-in cost at Hims, Ro, or LifeMD lands between $300 and $450 once the drug is added.
Tell us your medication, insurance situation, and zip — we'll map your cheapest legitimate paths, the traps to avoid, and alert you when a price on your list drops or an intro offer is about to expire.

Advertised prices are almost always the starter dose, the first month, or the longest prepay bundle. At a typical maintenance dose, month to month, our audit measures a median 1.75× gap between the banner and the bill.
For these two brand-name drugs, rarely. Manufacturer contracts block deep coupon discounts, so the "discounted" price stays near sticker ($1,000–1,400/mo). LillyDirect and NovoCare sell the same drugs direct for $349–449.
They're often cheaper, but they sell versions of the drug that are not FDA-approved, and the FDA moved against large-scale GLP-1 compounding in 2026. Several programs have already shut down or pivoted — a price that depends on one is a price that can vanish. We flag every compounded row.
Today: nobody — it's independent. If that changes, every paid relationship will be disclosed on the line where it exists. Rankings are never for sale.
